Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer with a strong background in Test Automation, particularly with Python and Playwright. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and improving our testing processes.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality assurance, have a deep understanding of automation frameworks, and be able to collaborate effectively with development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright for web applications.

Work closely with developers and product teams to understand product requirements and ensure proper test coverage.

Perform end-to-end testing of web applications across different browsers and platforms.

Execute and manage automated tests as part of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure prompt resolution.

Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve the product quality.

Continuously improve test automation strategies and frameworks to enhance test efficiency and coverage.

Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong experience with Python for writing automated test scripts.

Proficient in using Playwright for test automation, particularly for browser-based testing.

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Experience with web application testing, including cross-browser testing.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
